| shm Stevens Champion makes senior appointment |
shm Stevens Champion has expanded its management team in Birmingham with the appointment of Richard Mascall as a director.
Richard, 45, joins from Bache Treharne in Birmingham where he was a founding partner in 1993 and was latterly in charge of the machinery and business assets team. He has also previously worked for Dovebid UK, Edward Rushton Son & Kenyon and GVA Grimley.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Richard is also on the board of the RICS machinery and business assets faculty and writes and marks final level exam papers. He is also a member of the British Academy of Experts.
Richard’s appointment means that shm Stevens Champion now have the largest team of qualified machinery and business asset valuers in the region.
John Deeley, director at shm Stevens Champion, says: “Richard has invaluable experience and knowledge of the region’s market. His appointment will allow us to continue our growth and strengthen the established platform of valuations, disposal and consultancy services for accountants, banks, asset based lenders and private clients.”
