| shm Smith Hodgkinson completes fifth Romanian valuation |
shm Smith Hodgkinson have just completed its fifth valuation of Romania’s largest oil refinery, Petromidia in Constanta, Romania.
The site is owned by the Rompetrol Group, one of Romania’s largest producers of fuels and petrochemicals.
A team of valuers from SHM’s Bucharest and Manchester offices carried out the valuation of the oil refinery at Constanta in the east of the country.
SHM has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector having carried out numerous valuations across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Ian Maycock at shm comments: “These various valuations have been prepared for a variety of uses over the years, such as insurance, asset finance and balance sheet preparation.“
