| Bagel and bakery production line for sale |
A complete bagel and bakery production plant is up for sale.
Baking equipment including bagel formers, rotary rack and proving ovens, dough chunkers, dividers and associated plant are available in a tender sale being organised, on behalf of the New York Bagel Company, by shm Smith Hodgkinson.
A range of production plant in the sale includes Le Matic blade slicers, Capway cooling conveyors, Atlas air compressors/dryers, GUK Formost baggers, flour blowers and silos as well as equipment such as Endoline carton erector and sealers.
Items can be viewed at the production site at Manasty Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 October 2005 between 10am and 4pm. The tender closes at 4pm on Friday 14 October 2005.
