| Complete canning line up for sale |
Companies looking to establish a complete can manufacturing facility have the opportunity to buy an unused plant at a fraction of the normal rate.
The Krupp canning line, which produces 307 x 108 and 307 x 111 size cans, was installed in Biak, Indonesia to allow local fisherman to can tuna, but due to a shift in global demand was never used.
Plant and machinery specialists shm Smith Hodgkinson are offering the line which includes Krupp cut-o-mat SE single gang slitters with SH II sheet feeders and SP trimmers, PA 400/VS strip feed stamping press with DA double curler, a pocket oven, flange trimmers, can palletisers and a series of NSM Magnettchnik double magnetic belt conveyors.
In addition, a large quantity of sheets for can manufacturing is also available together with test equipment and spares.
